Lower Body Day 

1. Box squat 12×2 @50% 1RM + 25% band resistance 155lbs 2. Bulgarian split squat 25lbs 5×8 bulg split squats 5x each leg 3. Romanian deadlift 135lbs 4×12 Romanian DL @30-35% 1RM DL 4. Sled drag 135lbs  4×200′ backward sled drag 5. Hollow hold  8 rounds 20 secs hold 40 secs off
