2. 4×3 Spoto Press 160lbs 

3. 4×8 DB Chest Supported Rows 50lbs

4. Quad Set x2 

A) 12 DB Shoulder Raises 20lbs

B) 10 DB Skullcrushers 30lbs

C) 12 Hammer Curls 25lbs 

D) 25 Face Pulls 

5. 3×15 Tempo Supine Leg Raises
