Training went well today, I was supposed to hit 425 (103%) on deadlifts. The only thing is to attack the weak points, strengthening my back and traps. My coach Tyler talked to me about focusing on progressive overload by adding more weight week by week which sometimes I forget. Just need to move on, and push forward to get stronger
