6/1/16 Heavy Bench 

Last two days of school this week and 14 days till I graduate high school. It’s been a crazy journey, but still got to get in the gym and kill it no matter what. Proud that my competition bench is improving, I killed 235lbs. 

 1. 1RM @102% Pause Bench Press 235lbs2. 3×8 Close Grip Bench Press 185

3. Quad Set

A)2×12 Shoulder Raise 20lbs 

B)2×10 DB Skullcrusher 25lbs

C) 2×12 DB Hammer Curls 25lbs

D)2×20 Banded Face Pulls 

4. 3×15 Supine Leg Raises
