4/4/16 Back from Cruise & Max Effort Lower Body 

First workout since my one week vacation! My family and I all went on a cruise for spring break it was a blast and I’ll write a post all about it later this week.Taking a week off honestly helped out a lot I’m more relaxed & feel back in love with training. I just had a lot of fun today in the gym haven’t felt like that in a while 

1. 3RM Sumo Deadlift 80% 335lbs ( reset on each)

2. 6×4 Sumo Deadlift 275lbs

3. 5×12 Bent Over Row 115lbs

4.3×15 Glute-Ham Raise

5.3×15 Shrugs 115

6.3×10 Deadbugs (core)
