Max Effort Bench Day 

I’ve been killing training for Raw Nationals! Today was a max effort upper body, I haven’t been posting on my blog nor YouTube because of school. It’s been a busy first month, I’m trying to focus on both training and my academics. So I’ll still try to post at least a couple times a week! 2. 4×6 Weighted Chin Ups 35lbs

3. 4×8 Incline Bench Press 135

4. 4×12 Pull Ups 

5. 3 sets of max effort Ring Dips  

6. Bicep Hammer Curls
