I was feeling sick yesterday so I decided to put off training upper body till today. Still got into the gym and hit some weights.

Lower Body

  1.  5RM Safety Bar Squats 265lbs
  2. 4×8 RDL 195bs
  3. 4×12 Safety Bar Squats 125lbs
  4. 3×15 Each Arm Suit Case Deadlifts 70lbs
  5. 3×20 Reverse Hypers

Upper Body

  1. 5RM Axel Bench 190lbs
  2. 4×8 Chest To Bar Pullups
  3. 4×12 Axel Bench 85lbs
  4. 3×15 Each Arm Single Arm DB Bench 50lbs
  5. 3x2o Hanging Knee Raises
