Maxing Out Cambered Squats 

Today’s training went well, walked into the gym hype and angry ready to destroy some weight. It’s been a hectic week but the gym is always my therapy. 1. 1×1 cambered bar squat @295

2. 6×4 cambered bar squat @225

3. 5×10 single leg Romanian deadlifts @35

4. 4×20 belt squat @70

5. 4×20 Russian kettle bell swing @70

6. 3×20 reverse hypers @70
