Got Back From NY & Killed Legs

Woke up this morning in Pearl River, New York at 5am, got into the car, and started the journey back home to Richmond. When I take long trips I use sets and reps to break up the driving time in my head so it seems more relatable (“Meathead moment” 6 hours = 6 sets of 1).  I got back home around noon, grabbed chipotle, took a long nap, and got up to hit legs!

  2. 4×8 Goodmornings 135/125lbs
  3. 4×20 Belt Squats 70lbs
  4. 4×12 Dumbell RDL ‘s 35lbs
  5. 1×50 GHR Situps
