What Have I Been Up To?

Currently, in my training cycle, it’s a de-load week and I love these weeks because it’s time for me to mentally and physically rest and refocus myself on my goals for training and just in life.  As you all can tell I haven’t made a lot of posts on my blog nor my YouTube channel because my life has been very, very hectic. My family and I just moved from our old house and we had to live in a hotel for about two weeks. Now we have just moved into a new place and it’s been very stressful, and plus, I just had to finish my senior year at Deeprun and I’m proud to say I’m a high school graduate. I’ve also been busy with getting ready for freshman orientation. I will be a freshman at VCU in the fall studying kinesiology. However, this break has given me the time to refocus myself and to plan out great content for both my blog and my YouTube channel so stay tuned for some really amazing things!
