My Friday and Saturday Workouts! I felt great Friday night hitting legs with my friend Logan who just finished his freshman year at ECU. Then this morning I went in and killed Upper Body! Very happy with this new training cycle it’s all about becoming stronger every single day 
Squat Day 

8×2 Squats 205lbs

3×8 Front Squat 135/150/170lbs

3×12 Glute Ham Raise 10lbs

3x of Plank Holds 45lbs 
Upper Body 

3×8 Seated OHP 95lbs

2×15 DB Incline Bench Pause at Chest 45lbs

5×12 Banded Lat Pull Down

3×12 Front Raises 15lbs

3×12 DB Flys 25lbs

3×20 Banded Pull Down Red
