4/15/16 Squat Day! 

Woke up very early this morning picked my best friend up then got to the gym around 530. Killed this squat day 

1. 5×5 Pause Squats 175/190/200/220/235lbs

2. 3×8 Front Squats 125/150/180lbs

3. 3×15 Glute Ham Raise with Orange Bands 

4. 3x 45seconds Side Planks with 15lbs
