3. 4×8 Wide Grip Incline Bench 135lbs

4. 4×12 DB Reverse Flys 15lbs

5. 3×20 DB 1 1/4 Bench 20/25lbs 

6. 3×20 Paused Single Arm Row DB 25lbs

7. 3×15 Ring Push Ups
