12/19/15 Crossfit Pushing W8 is More Than Just a Gym 

9 months ago, when I first walked into the gym, I never realized how much of a profound impact it would have on my life. From the amazing gym members to the fantastic environment of success, you feel you’re at home alongside a new family. The second you walk through the doors you know it’s a place where great things can happen. Today, I did my first WOD (Work Out of the Day) ever because I usually train purely for strength (Powerlifting) . It was a perfect experience because of the people in my team. Everyone that goes to CFPW8 are hard-working, devoted, and overall friendly. Time to go enjoy the Christmas party!

50 reps Pull ups
