What influences me?

I was thinking about this today when I was driving to the gym. What and who changed my mentality and my outlook on life.

1. I realized the environment I put myself in changes my feelings. This can be from the music I listen to or how I dress in the morning. I am a very firm believer in if you look good you feel good.

2. Who do you surround yourself with? I wrote down the 4 closest people to me to see if they have a positive impact on my life (they do). I realize some of your closest friends and even family can hold you back from your dreams. I implore you to think about if people in your life are holding you down, when you have a drive for a successful life.

Hopefully you can take away a few ideas from this try listening to positive music, dress to feel better about yourself and try writing down the closest people in your life to see if they are holding you back
