It felt like a good work out my hand injury bother me a small bit but I have been using straps to work around it!

2. 4×15 DB Bench Press 40lbs with fat grips
3. 6×8 Bent Over Rows

4. 4×15 Dips
5. 3×15-20 Supine Rows
6. 3×15 Leg Raise
