This morning I hit the gym with the best Uncle in the world then rented a movie theater to watch died hard. Finished the night of with the party at Orangeburge Tavarn …. Here’s the workout

1)9×3 Speed Bench Bar weight is 120# with red bands

2) 2 rounds of:

25 x lat pull downs 100lbs

25 x 1 1/4 db incline bench 25lbs

25 x seated cable rows 42.5

3) 50 x band bell strict press* 12kg,8lbs each side

* every break or rest period perform 5x strict chin ups

4)Finish off with 3 sets of:

20 x concentration curls 20lbs

(20x each arm)

20 x triceps overhead extensions 40lbs
